Cold.

Some of us are really talented and hence privileged people
Some of us are successful for most attempts
Some of us don't settle for anything less than the best

That's good and all,
But some of us can look down on others because of this smooth sailing life of constantly coming in first or 'best'.
Some of us experience ugly emotions when someone whom you've always classified as 'less capable' suddenly emerges as 'more capable' than you.
Some of us get angry.
Some of us are jealous.
Some of us spew lethal blobs of acid at others, melting them into bleeding fragments.
Some of us smile and deliver intricately designed blades aimed at vulnerable spots.

Some of us have been looked up to our entire lives.
Some of us have looked down on friends and foes alike.
Some of us are friends with whom allows and makes us look down on them because they put us on a pedestal and themselves under the wheels.

Some of us expect and believe in always being at the top
Some of us are unable to accept anything below being 'first'.




Your eyes say it all.

Your smile, actions, and words are just as steely and icy.

Your soul I therefore have no interest in searching.
